Hi all!

Ive recently acquired a WK125RR as a cheap run around and project. To cut a very long story short, im wondering if any of you informative bunch know how to do valve adjustments i.e. have a "guide" and also know the clearence sizes? As they are really loud despite the throaty exhaust. I believe the engine is a a zongshen SB125(zs156mi) watercooled but there is zero info on the net about them.

Ive attached pictures of the engine if anyine could help
The first picture showing the left of the engine, basically mine looks identical except those two covers arent chrome nor oval, they are black and round.

The other part ive outlined is mewondering if thats the cam chain tensioner? If so, how do i adjust.

Thanks in advance

Just a water-cooled CG125 ... Tons guides in youtube & here for the air-cooled cousin...

When barrel worn, CG150 (62mm) kit is a good alternative...
http://mydlm.taobao.com/category-1246973655.htm Search keyword "CG150" will show different brand had minor difference, choose the closest to stock config (ie. WYSIWYG) http://www.mtctg.com/category.php?cid=5 also quite good to locate some oddball...

As humanbeing shows, what you've circled is known as a "belly button". It's what the rocker (cam floor?) swivels on.
It's a pushrod motor, no OHC or timing chain. Very simple and made for longevity. Also as humanbeing says, there's lots of tutorials on the web about valve adjustments for a CG motor. I always set mine at:

Intake - .05MM
Exhaust - .08MM

You guys are legends, i never would of guessed it was a push rod engine.

Thank you!!
