Just got my tbr7! Need help!!!!

1) I want to change to fork oil as the bike seems too soft now. What is that standard preload spacer length I should look out for?
2) is the rear caliper supposed to be wiggly and loose, it seems to have some play not sure if this is supposed to happen.
3)How exactly do I adjust the clutch lever at the lever arm, any videos of this?
4) intake tube is a little bent going to carb, any way to straighten this out?

Thanks in advance looking forward to riding!

Hello my forks work fine the way they are, and brake caliper if good too. clutch is easy to adjust, and dont worry about intake tube, These are great bikes, enjoy and relax. 700 miles on mine with no problems, l love mine. Hope you will too, good luck ,and safe riding

Your preload spacer should be sized to adjust for proper rider sag. Megadan has a decent post on this somewhere if you search for it.

To stiffen up my front forks on my Hawk I changed out the fork oil for heavier weight and put about 220ml in which is a bit more than I took out of it. I'm happy with it, but I still need to set my sag as I think it's off a bit.
