XF200, how are the plastics? These bikes were released in Europe before Qlink started rebadging them and importing them. As member Catastrophix from Sweden pointed out, the enduro versions of these bikes, like he has, had good quality plastics, whereas the motard version in Sweden, like you have, and what is available here in the US, has very brittle plastics. Are the plastics cheap in quality, or did Qlink upgrade them before importing them to the US?

well culcune i have to say i agree with you the plastics wouldnt take a beating but i will be 90% on hardball (pavement). they look to be a little brittle mine from the factory or in shipping has a small set of scratches on the right side of the bottom radiator like scoop? the dealer has already got a new set on its way so no worries there.
madmaximum- the place i got it was here in crosslanes wv a place called wvautosales google them cause they are cheaper than msr plus shipping that is if you live local? $2,000 out the door because im not going to register it until spring( me being a newbie and all i want to get some practice time in on it riding local at my families house in prichard wv). there the cops wont stop you for riding it down the main route. :D |
oh yeah i put on a new moose bar and i bought a suzuki dr200se oil filter for it but i have never changed oil in aa bike like this so i dont know what to watch fro any suggestions ? does the filter just sit in there or is it all sealed in ? :oops:

The Suzuki DR200 uses the same engine, so it should be the same as far as changing the oil; see if the dealer might help you out. Did the dealer have aftermarket pipes?

nope suzuki dealer had just stock replacements and they didnt even have any dr200se on the floor is it a non us bike? :lol:
