Zongshen ZS250GY-3 (RX3)

Dear all friends i need some help about Zongshen ZS250GY-3 (RX3)
me and some of my friends we bought this bike here in Turkey.
In Turkey Mondial Dealer is selling these motorcycles.
We all have the same problem. The bike engine is stoping when we passing the shift 3 to 2. this problem is chronic. All of us have the same problem in our bikes. Mondial company is not helping us. Bikes are new and warranty are still active. In the Official Mondial services nobody knows what is the problem came from. This problem is happening when we are getting slow.
If anyone in the from have any idea about how to solve this problem please inform me :thanks:

:hmm: Another adds.
Mondial dont have any offical Zongshen accessories for this bike.
is anyone knows where can i find the good accessories for RX3 ?

I don't have an RX3 (yet) but I think I've read the dying problem is caused by loose battery cables. Have you tried cleaning and tightening the battery cables?

i think maybe it could be some electrical problem. your bike has gear indicator? you think and test what could cause shortening out.
maybe no good earth from battery. run thick cable (like automotive) from neg. terminal to bottom of engine at rear.
i think you can find solution - it is only a motorcycle! best wishes!

Hello friend Panzerfaust. This article may help to find the reason for your engine stopping: http://www.cscmotorcycles.com/Articles.asp?ID=261

It is English, but may be of help.
Very important to be sure the connections at the battery and at the starter solenoid are clean and secure, all of the electrics are powered from there.

Good luck.
