I got my bikes this morning, unpacked one and started assembly. I got most of it together but I'm having a really hard time/haven't figured out how to get the rear suspension connected. I picked up the back of the bike until the wheel was in the air but it still won't line up to put the bolt thru.
My bike is the Blaze 250 from WWW.APCS.COM
Help!
What am I doing wrong or not doing?

Thanks in advence.

Looks to me like the rear shock needs to be slightly compressed for the linkage to line up and clear the rear shock??? Try and push down on the seat or cargo rack w/ the jack stand under the frame, or perhaps have your assistant sit on the bike with the jack stand under the frame???

I wouldn't be surprised to learn that the link is upside down from the factory. IOW, the shock is in the dog bone hole.

I got it together late last night, I took the bolt out of the other side and connected it from the bottom up instead of the top down.
Something wasn't lined up, fixed it with my pry bar and a little persuasion tool (hammer)!

Thanks for the help guys!

It's rolling now, I took a few minutes to look things over while I was brainstorming how to get that piece on and found a few hoses not connected and some misrouted wires...
I guess this is where the sense of humor comes in with chinese bikes :)
I haven't started it yet but so far it's looking like a great value for the money.
I'm making a video of the assembly, hoping it will help someone else out. I have a second bike to assemble hopefully tomorrow.

Let us know how you like that bike. I'm eyeballing those too.

So far I'm very happy with it, I feel I got great value for the money.
