exaust question
 

hey, here is a question i am no sure if it has been asked. but if i had an xr200 header and xr200 custom exaust would i be able to put it on a china bike with the lifan 200cc motor? if so that would be great better sound and performance. i had read on a repower project where the xr200 header bolted up to the lifan motor.

I'm the repower guy.

The XR2 header will bolt directly to the Lifan 163FML2 engine, and route correctly through the XR2 frame.

What I dont know is whether the Lifan frame is the same, or close enough for the header route, and whether the new exhaust will bolt up directly to the Lifan frame.

My GUESS , after looking at the clones at Pep Boys, the header pipe will route close enough, and you may have to "engineer" muffler mounts.

I am very interested in how this thread works out... I am looking for a new exaust for my Lifan too.

Now I am not so interested in this product. It was severly trashed as junk or a POS on Thumpertalk. Many different posts said the same thing.
