Well, so far so good :D The bike was just dropped off and with the exception of a couple of tears in the cardboard it looks good. I have to finish the yard work and then I'll get it open.

Looking good

It's nice to see that there are versions of the Brozz with a disc brake out back. Congrats on the bike!

MORE PICS PLEASE!!!! :clap::clap::yay:

Also I don't know if you have seen Jeff's video on the spark plug wire melting because its getting too close to the catalytic convertor. You may want to wrap the spark plug wire or at least tie it up and out of the way before you start the bike.

Thanks! Yes, I have watched all of Jeff's assembly videos and tips, but thanks for the heads up! The only concern I have come across so far is the metal to hold the rear wheel in place is pushed into the tire. Hopefully there is no damage.

This is actually a graduation gift for my nephew from my sister. I ride an FJR1300 but, after this experience I might have to get myself one of these!

First assembly problem. The throttle will not snap shut. I twist it and it stays open. The cable looks okay. Ideas?

Rerouting the cable usually fixes that. I lubed and rerouted my cable as soon as I got my bike. Make sure the carb is not bound up.

What a pain in the ass mounting that front fender is! I'm really glad Jeff included the longer bolts. After fighting with it for half an hour using the bolts that came with the bike, I remembered the two bolts that were taped to the outside of the box. :doh: The tire appears to be undamaged. I removed the seat to get all of the packing materials off and found a connector undone. I'll look into the throttle cable closer tomorrow. Thanks!

I look forward to your updates. I am considering this bike or a TT250 for the Spring of 2020 and am trying to compare the two. Thanks for your updates.

Complete! Went for a quick ride to the end of the block and back just to make sure everything was working. Only thing that isn't is the fuel gauge. Might be another loose connection. Big difference going from 145hp to 15hp. :lmao:

Looks great! Like the orange.:tup: there's a connector under the tank that may not be connected.
