Ordered a part for the V-Strom on 10/7. They emailed me on 10/8 saying the part wasn't available, and that they'd refund my $217.60.
It is now 10/29 and after multiple contacts, I have yet to receive a refund.
Just filed a dispute with my bank.

I thought they had a good reputation. I hope this is just a staffing shortage issue and the refunds are piling up on an empty desk.

Let us hope!

Send them another email,who knows what happened. Never had a problem with them.

BikeBandit Update:
After filing the dispute, my bank tossed the money back on my card "temporarily" until the case was settled. Two and a half weeks later, they still haven't settled with my bank. I received yet another email update from my bank yesterday and they are "still in process with the company".
As buzz stated, I've never had a problem in the past with BikeBandit, but it seems like they have fallen off the cliff, at this point.
