Venom Black Friday pricing
 

Looking at Venom's website, it looks like they are playing games with the pricing. They have really high prices that the bike never sells for crossed out, then the normal price given as some kind of great sales price. Example: Lifan KPX 250 formerly $3699, now $3199. Only problem is they never sold them at $3699, they were $3399 IIRC. All the bikes whose price i was paying attention to are the same way. They tack on a couple or three hundred dollars, then discount it. I realize this is par for the course for lots of vendors for Black Friday, but still it's disappointing to see in a vendor we trust.

They probably don't count on eagle eye shoppers as yourself.. good catch, and for sure, par for the course

The price was always $3199. You have to use the BLACKFRIDAY2022 FOR $100 OFF code at checkout. Some of there bike have $200 and $300 off. Got to the home page. https://www.venommotorsportsusa.com/

Right, I misremembered. $3199 @ Venom, $3399 @ my local dealer. But still, claiming KPXs were $3699 is bogus.

The $3699 is the MSRP. From day one it was always advertised that way. Every bike on the website always shows the MSRP price and the price Venommotorsports sells it for with free shipping. Check other websites and see what they advertise the bikes at and what they charge for shipping.

I noticed the same pricing games, Jerry.

I, also, noticed that Power Sports Max (PSM) offers ~4% discount for paying by cash (e.g. cashiers check), rather than credit card (which charges the vendor for the transaction) ... a GOOD thing. :clap:

PSM lists the cash (check) payment option right on the buy page for each cycle. I noticed this, seeing that PSM, also, sells our beloved KPX250.
