Delphi Tuning

I'm looking at picking up a KOVI 450I PRO KT enduro. It cost around $4k. I a wondering how hard it is to remap the ECU or if I should leave it alone when I get it.

I am unfamiliar with Kovi. If it is Delphi, I think the EFI has a port, or can be removed and reprogrammed through the connectors. It remaps both CDI and Throttle body, I think. Maybe just remaps the timing (CDI). It could take some web searching for answers. But check in the Off-road only section for EFI 450 owners. Might get some help there.

Is the KOVI 450I PRO KT enduro street legal? All the sites I found for it were written in Russian.

It's street legal here in Eastern Europe.

It took a while for me to find it but the KOVI 450i pro is the same bike as the GPX FSE450. The KOVI is just a little over $4,000 here. I'm pretty sure I know where to look for the information now.
