new Jonway Gator 50 owner in Atlanta

Greetings all, I live in Atlanta and race cars as a hobby. I recently had a GoTrax electric scooter that I was using as a pit bike, and it got stolen at my last race. I guess the light weight and lack of a key made it a little too tempting for someone. I decided to pick up a minibike to replace it, since they're too heavy to carry off and have a keyed ignition. Last week I bought a used Jonway Gator 50 max minibike off of FB marketplace. It's only two years old and I got it for a good price, but it has definitely seen some use/abuse and I'm trying to get everything right.

I'm an engineer and I have a good amount of mechanical experience. I've dealt with race cars, and have worked on a bunch of small engine stuff- golf carts, pressure washers, etc. The bike runs and drives fine, it just has some little things I need to fix. Broken brake lever, digital speedometer, turn signal, etc. The hardest thing so far is finding a source for parts. I've tried some Amazon stuff and none of it fits properly. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks! I found a local shop that actually sells these things, turns out that there's no such thing as a Jonway Gator bike. The guy that sold it to me described it as a Jonway, which is totally incorrect. According to the shop Gator is the importer/brand, 50m is the model number, and Jiangsu Baoding Locomotive is the manufacturer. The shop also helped me to track down the parts I was looking for. Awesome to have local people who know what they're talking about!

Mooney Motorsports in Smyrna. He's a Gator dealer and has quite a bit of knowledge.
