front spokes??

Hi, I just got a hawk 250 yesterday (used) it's my first bike, but now i am in need of a full set of spokes for the front tire, unfortunately I can't seem to find any. Does anybody know where I could get some?
Much appreciated!!!

There is a youtube site called Britannia Motorcycles. He build trials bikes. He has a start to finish (in various chapters) build of a 250 cc BSA B-25 into a trials bike. One of the chapters shows the easiest way to build wire wheels I've ever seen....ARH

If you still have a few good ones and you can't find them or order them from RPS, you can always call up, talk to, and send them spokes off to Woody's Wheels in Colorado, or Buchanan's Spoke & Rims in California... both those places can usually find you the right size spokes for your rim

Buchanon's is expensive but of highest quality. They make spokes right on their premisis. Send one of each size to them and they will make you better ones. Better specify 1/2 guage stronger ones, if the spokes in your hubs are a little loose.

replacing them one at a time till alll the new ones are in will be easier than relacing the entire wheel at once.

Buchanan spoke are going to cost ya about 125 bucks for the set. You may want to try rps and see.

I took close up pics of my spokes and emailed them to the Buchanan guy. Then called him and we discussed it. He knew what he was talking about for sure.

I'm not sure if they are perfectly compatible so call and ask but can't you get a laced rim from CSC for $90. That would be my route. More time riding!

It's looking like I'll just have to get a whole new front wheel assembly from rps. When I bought it it came with the wheel on the bike ( tire, rim, spokes, hub) and the hub and brake disk that originally came on the bike. Well the spokes on the wheel don't fit the original hub and the brake disk on the original hub doesn't fit on the hub thats on the wheel. So needless to say it's either a set of new spokes or a new wheel assembly. More than likely ill just get a new wheel to be on the safe side. Thanks everyone for the input! I'll keep you posted
