My LF200 GY-5 finally arrived and I got right to it...

Well my bike arrived today and I started putting it together about 3:00 PM. I got my lock tight, lock washers, and engine oil and was ready to go. Here are the pics of the progress. I do have some questions about what some of the elitrical items are on the front and I also have a box of parts that I can not quite place. Anyway enjoy...and please tell me what a few things are.

What are these parts:

What does this connect to?

After 7 hours of work and putting lock tight on everything as directed here is where I am at the end of day 1:

Nice! I see that they still don't put "Cool Boy" stickers on them anymore, but they do still come with the "auspicious" handlebar pads with the weird monster thing picture on it. Congrats!! :!:

I think I see front and real wheel spacers in the box, A bag of spares, and two brackets that I have no idea what their used for!!!

The elctrical component in your hand has a tab with a hole that should be attached under or around the headlight, Just needs to be bolted down to something in that area....

Im sure you will get some better replies soon!

P.S. Try to read your assembly manual it's in chinglish!!! :D

P.S. Picture number 7, Please do not assemble with those tools!!!

Give the supplied tool kit to your son or little brother for his tonka truck!!! :D :D :D

OK don't quote me on this but since I'm first to reply...
In the box, at the top, those 2 things left and right are your chain adjusters, they go on the rear axel to keep both sides even.
It looks like the left adjuster is missing the rear bracket that the right adjuster has.

To the right of the bag, is the slider/washer there should be 2.

The bolt nut washer combo LOOKS like it comes from a drum brake.

In the bag it LOOKS like a battery strap.

That's all I got, hope it helps

Yes, axle adjusters and the two spacers that go on the axle. Not sure on the misc bolts. I think I see an axle nut in there.

The diode is in your hand is the neutral safety start something. Just use one of the bolts holding the headlight fairing to the bracket and secure it there.

There should be two of the black piece with the 90 degree bend and the hole in it. They are the axle positioner piece that slides along the outside of the swingarm. It should have a series of marks on it.

In the center of the box of strange parts there is what looks like a cotter pin screw and nut. Is that for my rear break arm?

Funny this bike has a mfg date of April 2008 and it had drum breaks. I thought that disk would be the standard. Is there a conversion kit to go from drum to disk?

That bolt is for the brake arm where it attached to the drum hub. The rear drum is fine for that bike.

The 2006 models had rear disc, but they had alot trouble with them. I got mine solved with a Honda CBR master cylinder.

Lifans are nice. I wish I had gotten a Lifan instead. Where did you order it from?

I am sorry about asking for this but my bike did not come with any instructions so I am winging it.

Can someone please reply with a photo of their rear and front wheel spacers in place?

Thanks in advance...
