Hello all,

I have just acquired my first big boy bike, I recently picked-up a 2007 LF200GY-2 for 50$. Surprisingly it came with everything!

I come from a background of auto mechanic and am recently new to the motorized bike scene.

This started with my cousin giving my a pocket bike, I got it running and sold it. Then I picked up a pit bike that my neighbour was throwing out and completely restored it along with changing the engine from a 50cc to a 110cc. I have now ended up with the Lifan LF200GY-2 bike which needs a little attention.

I look forward to sharing posts with everyone and getting this bike up and running.

Thanks

Mitch

Welcome to the forum Mitch!

And that’s how it all starts! Next thing you know, you have parts coming in the mail, you’re making videos of rides, you’re modding bikes...and it goes from there!

Enjoy the Ride!

Thanks man! Yes they are addictive! I already got the new one running tonight so just have to trace down the lighting issue.

Im unfortunately from Ottawa (west end of it) so i need to go out of town to ride. I normally hit my buddies cottage out in Québec where there's plenty of trails.
