How long will it take for them to ship my items? I ordered a speedo cable and a cushion assembly Dec 2nd and called a rep Dec 5th and she said it's still being prepared.

Why did you not just ask them when they think it will arrive ? Clearly they know more than us about things like this .

That's coorporate code speak for " We haven't taken our arse over to the shelf and got your items and put them in a box and printed off a pre paid label and slapped it on the box, for UPS to pick up when they make their daily stop in here" or " We presold this item and we have to wait on it to drop ship from God only knows where" :lmao:

Because I did ask them lol.

It's so shit because I had to order from them unlike what I normally do and just Amazon that shit. They can't just ship my damn part they have to fondle it first I guess.
