DB-07 and DOT / EPA Plates?

Seeing how I cant find a DB-08 anywhere on planet earth I need to find another bike (oh joy!) So I have to find one with DOT and EPA plates connected to the frame. The DB-07 looks like it would work but I cant find out if has the plates? Does anyone know if the DB-07 has them. Anyone know of any other Chinese 250 Dual Sport bikes with a counterbalance engine and the DOT EPA plates? :wtf:

i dont know , but would a motorcycle be able to be inported if it was not dot approved? :shrug:

But I have a paper sticker on the engine and one on the frame of my Hawk.
