Has anyone bought the Vitacci Raven?

I'm getting conflicting information from the retailers on this Bike. The "gentleman" at Power Ride Outlet was down-right aggressive in stipulating that the MCO you received when purchased listed "Vitacci" as the manufacturer and the model as a "Raven." When I informed him then that #1. Why are they then not on the EPA/DOT list for approved on-road motorcycles and #2. Why is there a tag on the side plastics that says BSR 250. He then went on to tell me he's been selling these for years and they are made by Vitacci and basically getting aggressive. Others had no idea or failed to answer or respond to voice message's. Has anyone actually purchased one and what exactly does the MCO list? Thanks. STEW

I like the 21/18 tires and the fact that it might possibly be a BASHAN! Since the BRS CRP 250 (with a ZS engine) is becoming a rare-bird along with the astoundingly unattainable prices I thought maybe this bike would work.

UPDATE: I found a website called vitacci.com and sent them an email asking the same questions...will update as events transpire. This bike is really a deal as it starts at $1530 including shipping.

He's shooting you a line of BS. I can almost guarantee the manufacturer will be Chongqing Astronautic Bashan Motorcycle Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and as far and the Model. These are the only models that are EPA certified under the same certification. BROZZ 250, BSR 250, CR250, DK250, MOTOMAX 250, PRS 250, Razer 250, STORM 250. Vitacci is an importer distributor. There name will more than likely appear on the MCO as a distributor or dealer.

The Raven is a BSR 250.

Yeah Jerry I totally agree with you...I just want to be 100% assured that I wont have any problems with the rule-gestating stalwarts down at the Colorado DMV. You can register an old dirt bike if you meet all the DOT requirements but for new bikes, if you're not on that list...it's adios! There has to be someone out there that has purchased one?

I don't know if i would deal with Power Ride Outlet. Lots of bad reviews and i just went to there website and my anti-virus program detected a virus.

Pretty sure it's a Veloz company. Stay far away.

Yeah, but I think Power Sports Max has it for $1530 and Power Ride Outlet is $1679 both with shipping. Still haven't heard from Vitacci.

Lowestpriceatv is just another TXPS website!, you know about their bait and switch tactics. Arlington Powersports is another one TXPS owns... and 360 powersports also. They're all running the fake BMS CRP 250 bike calling it an NDURO 18C...for $1624, and the description is exactly a BROZZ! (Which I seriously doubt they would send you one of those!) I considered going with TXPS for the Raven, for $1510 with shipping, but now I don't trust them...at least they have listed the NDURO 18C as SOLD-OUT.

Chongqing Astronautic Bashan Motorcycle Manufacturing Co., Ltd is listed as the manufacturer. I have a 2023 raven 250 xl.
Here is a picture listing Bashan as the importer.
I'm happy with the one I have, definitely lighter than the KLR650 and KLX650 I used to have.
