So my front tire is currently 2.75 x 21 and I was thinking of replacing it. Will a 3.0 or possibly 3.25 x 21 fit on the same rim?

Sounds like it's time to lubricate the clutch cable. If your throttle feels a little tight, or sticky, the throttle cable may need lubrication, too. Youtube has videos on how this is done.

I figured out that my problem is due to the cable sleeve on my replacement cable is 3/4" shorter than the sleeve on my original cable.
