I just got back from the CA DMV, and you can't register anything in CA unless it has a CA Emissions Sticker, regardless of the VIN, EPA or DOT stickers.

Ok, so my $900 plated Shineray may not have been the deal I thought it was.

Apprently the plate that was on the bike was supposed to have been surrendered to the DMV back in october and the bike...
