Well, of course that won't fix the small wheel problem. I drained the fork oil and replaced with dextron ATF, and used a couple washers for shims under each fork cap. That stiffened them up enough...

Yes. Thanks for that. I had same issue as yours. The check valve was hanging sideways and not working correctly. Once I got the plastic panels off I see lots of QC issues; Mismatched bolts....
