That's how I feel about the Blue Eagle Brozz that I bought. Much nicer than I expected. Friends can't believe the price shipped to the garage.

Bummer. Quality Control is definitely non-existent. That is probably a major factor in the lower prices. Looking at the photo again, the shift lever on my Brozz is the same.

You have to remove the bolt from the shifter lever completely in order to slide it onto the shaft. There is a groove on the shaft that the bolt screws into.

The bike should work as you believe. You should be able to hold the clutch in and come to a stop without the bike stalling. Sounds like the idle may be set too low.

Well, so far so good :D The bike was just dropped off and with the exception of a couple of tears in the cardboard it looks good. I have to finish the yard work and then I'll get it open.
