Tao DBX1 vs Apollo T40-?

Look to be just about the same bike, with the T40 being a smidge shorter.
Any real difference between these? For me right now it’s $1300 for the Tao or 1100 for the T40.

He’s risen the wheels off (literally) an Xpro bolt 125, 14/12 tires if I recall correctly. It has a 27” seat height and it’s just comically small anymore
