When I ordered mine from the same seller, I didn't make any note about the bike at all. Just selected the muffler size and color that I wanted and it fit without any issues.

Since you mentioned that you did an upgrade to the headlight, I'd start there to make sure you didn't pinch a wire in that area. Might even disconnect the headlight and see if the fuse still blows.
