I used Q9powersports and had no issues, a little under a week for the motorcycle then 1 MCO in under a week and 1 in about 1.5...

You should see something on the meter that changes with speed. Different meters will see pulses differently so you can't go by the actual voltage. Use VDC tach lead to ground.

Hawk in Ohio - successful

Just an FYI the Ohio went smooth with my 2018 Hawk, the only issue was deciding what to enter as the manufacturer, RPS worked.
