Hawk/Templar seat comfort
I heard the Achilles heel on the Templar is it's less comfortable seat for longer rides, compared to the hawk.
My questions are:
1- How comfortable is the seat on the Templar?
Like, how long...

Hp rating of the engine doesn't change, but changing to taller gears, definitely changes HP to the wheels.
Not only because one can now reach top speed at hp peak, rather than at redline (where the...

Totally opposite of what I'd do, but, yeah, go with a 15t, and if you want more after that, get a larger rear sprocket. But I'm fairly sure 2 teeth on the rear will do a lot, allowing you more...

The Templar not only looks better, but weighs less too, if I believe that correctly.
Also the Templar has 6 gears and counterbalanced engine (good for highways), while the hawk x only has 5 gears? ...

You can use an Ethernet cable for all data and signal wires outside of the starter, stator, and possibly headlight. It only handles about 1A per wire, too little for incandescent or halogen bulbs,...

Which bikes have a 6 speed, counterbalanced engine aside from the Templar?
I have a CBR300R, and though it does 107MPH, it's still not enough for highway speeds IMO.
For that one needs a...

Nothing a set of sprockets could change, but thank you.
I bought a cg250, which should have close to the same mount points as the 138cc on my vader.
Just hoping things will fit.
There are a bunch...

Which one to get?
I like a second bike, next to my Vader.
Mostly a commuter, with an occasional 2 mile highway stretch (at 65-75mph).
My Vader 150 just doesn't cut it in the speed department.
Most roads I go on,...

Vader 150 PZ30 swap?
The Vader/Condor 150 comes stock with a PZ27.
It works fine, however I wished I could get more top speed.
The idle is very stable on the PZ27. It's very forgiving in running lean or rich at idle....

I recently tried reenforcing the silencer, by welding with a stick welder.
You need a very thin welding stick, with a low number like a 6010, size 1/32 to 1/16.
It's really difficult to do.
An...
