I got the rubber boot on between carb and motor it seems like it fits, battery still wont hold a charge and kickstart is not starting, it wont turn stay on or give me anything just some fluttering...

I got the rubber boot coming in a few hours. The batterys on the charger and once i cleaned it it didnt look like its in bad shape but it no lights come on unless its charging and as soon as u take...
