Solution!

So I opened up the regulator and basically the red wire that controls the beeping me he ism was smashed into the circuit board. The soldering is sharp so it pierced the wire causing a shot circuit....

hmmmm went over them unplugged and re plugged a few no luck I guess I will call the dealer tomorrow or just try and go to a local auto store and see if they have the relay looks the same as the crf...
