I did try to put it into gear right after starting it and then it just died.
Cluth plates really stick together when it is cold....

You have to keep pedalling, even slowly, that motor keeps working.
When you start going from standstill, its taking few pedallings before motor starts assisting....

My bike forks have litle niple like piece on bottom inside of right worktube.That stops speedo drive rotating around.

Mine do not need any shim kit for valve adjustment, you loosen a nut and then you can adjust it by srewdriver.
This should be same, it is same motor.

You have to lift that rack up litleways at front, then you can take cylinder ones off.

First you have to unsqrew first nuts on the side ( from the tank side looking) both sides, then lift carrier up litle ( maybe have to loosen another bolts...

Only thing that i have chanced is carb....
