Everything is dead, no starter/ignition, no lights, no dash, no horn, no blinkers. Nothing. But the battery is charged and hooked up.

Where is the 5a fuse located?

Are you talking about the valve on stock carb? The tank>hose>fuel filter>hose>valve on carb>carb?

That was flipped back and forth and tried both ways, but I removed all of the lines all the way...
