Lifan does have a 600cc V twin. I don't know if they are bring that one to the US or not. I do know the Venom Motorsports is looking into getting large cc bikes to sell. Some are already EPA approved...

Nothing a hacksaw and a welder couldn't fix. I would probably replace it with a good after market free flowing exhaust system for the V star 250's.
