I'm not an expert on it but as far as I could tell the voltage was really low and the coil was grounded out.

Thanks everyone for your help. I'll try the multimeter testing. He mentions in the video to look up a manual for specs on ohms. I didn't see anything like that when I looked up the manual online.

I forgot to post that I couldn't find the part locally so I had to order a oil seal off eBay the size needed is 14x28x7

I wouldn't be concerned except that after I wipe it off it continues to slowly drip on the floor and doesn't ever stop.
