no i looked there i had the whole harness apart and didnt spot any issues but then again it did blow up with the bad V/R/R i was using that made 18V... that guy that got the bike from me said he...

i'm by no means an expert but dont most M/T's have synchro-dogs in them i had an issue like this in my corvair and the syncro dogs where jammed side ways in between 3-4 gear
