yeah the Doo's are kinda hit n miss on the newer ones, but for the price it's good insurance. It's a wonder Kawa doesn't put in better doo's and torsion springs. I have mine stashed away for the time...

I used a nice big pipe cap, ground the threads...

I used a nice big pipe cap, ground the threads off and afixed it with some gasket gunk. stayed in place and works well. and I ride in some ROUGH stuff. hehe

Krylon Fusion works wonders except for gas. Eats it right off. VERY quickly. Scratches pretty easy too if you take off through the woods like I do. hehe

Make sure and check it over good for loose bolts or anything cracked or broken. If everything looks ok it sounds like you got a nice deal.
