Tested a tw200
threw a leg over a bud's Tdub and MAN it was very sweet! just putted around the hood a bit avoid cars but with the death star tire up front, lotsa GRIP nice bike!! Now i know what all the rage is...

Ha! saw a tt250 goin past Hollywood Bowl
I was cruising down Highland blvd and saw a guy with a helmet cam Sunday 1pm ish on a white / lil orange TT250, sort of couldn't believe it. Yes the Zongs are invading!! sweet.

Is there a burr?
On Andy's pic, is there a Burr on the right side indent?? could some miles cause heyholing and prevent this non seating?

10 or 12 Hardness on those bolts?
Aren't grade 8 bolts a better choice?!?,, I'd rather BEND a bolt than have it shatter! especially while 50+ mph... just me perhaps..

mix up baking soda and h20
Mix up plenty of baking soda with water to wash down / neutralize the acid. Closed cell foam from packages cut up works great with rubber cement inside the battery box as a cushion to prevent future...

Led strip lights are not driving lights
I use both kinds of these lights and those are not going to help on the road at night trying to see the road and be seen by other vechiles, those are cool if you're fast and furious and at a car...

Rrunning a thinner head gasket, perhaps with some spray on copper sauce, will increase compression on the cheap and EZ, If you mill and go thin gasket I've seen folks reassemble with a lump of play...

MegaDan E85 is great at cooling,
E85 / e50 is great at cooling, but yes port work, raising compression via shaving the head, thinner head gasket. probably good to run the play doh on the piston valve interference test, all great...

So has anyone done an ice cold valve adjust at .001 / .002 ? and gotten happy results?
I hate working on hot / warm stuff, its oily etc.
