Wow! I guess I got lucky. Mine was only missing the rear brake clevis, front brake hose retainer and a few bolts.

I’ve found the TBR7 stock mirrors to be crap. They will not stay put regardless of how tight I screw them down.
Is there a cheap alternative?
I’m considering glueing them in place.

I used straps and the engine hoist that I used to unload the crate from my pickup.
A floor jack works but is a bit unstable. You might need someone to hold on to the bike so it doesn’t lay down.

Ported head and low end torque

Those of you that have ported the head on the CG clone.
Did you loose any bottom end torque?

This pushrod engine is no rev master and seems to do well at low rpm in stock form.

The rod is the tank plastic front supports. It bolts to the frame under the tank. I believe the grommet goes in the hole for the frame bolt.
The short cup washers are for the front fender.
