It doesn’t say in the manual that comes with the bike. Myself I usually adjust the valves before 100 miles but I like to tinker. I would say a good rule of thumb would be if the bike is running good...

Well I am at close to 500 miles now on the ghost and I’m liking this bike more all the time, especially since I have all the extra things on it that I like. Bike runs great and no problems at all.
