If you have a 12 point socket, try that first....

If you have a 12 point socket, try that first. Alternatively, go a size smaller socket and with a long extension, hammer the socket onto the rounded bolt head. The bolts are relatively soft.

The battery voltage may be good, but a load test will tell you its true condition. Take it to an auto parts store and have them load test it, just to be sure.

You'll find this problem on several bolts, plugs, etc. on the RX-3. They need a sharp tap, preferably an impact wrench and plenty of heat. I use a small butane torch for about a minute.
