It's a GIO 150. Marketed as a GIO, but manufacturer plate says "Tao Tao". Has some interesting features including remote start and alarm, 3 hydraulic disk brakes, and the venerable GY6 motor.

Winch Mounting

I'm working on a winch mount myself. Winch is a $60 CT special. I welded up 1" square tubing and will bolt the winch mounting plate to it. I'll post more pics as the project progresses...
