We don't need that here in the US.
YES this is why we backed out and went someplace else .

min insurance required here is $200,000.00 liabilaty wich is $100.00 per yr. but for another $25 you can get $1,000,000.00 and thats the route that we take with ours....didn't have the cash this month when it expired as we have other things to pay so it will have to wait.
