So, the right foot peg and brake pedal bolt to the frame? Have you found a pic of what you need? If so, I'll take a look through my junk.
You can delete the air tube on the head, just by making a block-off plate and a gasket. You likely have a catalytic converter behind the heat shield in the exhaust head pipe. Once it's removed, you'll be able to jet accordingly.
