that pushbike of yours needs a decent crank - those cast iron ones crack easily. get a redline maybe.

i ve got a 230 motor like yours and it rocks with a podfilter and a 115 main jet and a 25 pilot. in a different frame though. am using a 15 front and a 46 rear sprocket on an 18 inch wheel, with a unrestricted exhaust (it s a tranzac)
