Sixty degrees?!
I used to live about fifty miles south of you in Hermiston, Oregon. I forgot how much the warm air moving up the Columbia River warms the mild winters over there.
Daytime high temperatures might reach the high thirties over here this week. We probably won't reach high temperatures of sixty degrees until May, but we will still be very grateful to get above freezing temperatures, even for a few days.
