You're exactly right it does look like Pastor's. In fact it's one of those other name brands with the exact same look and parts as mine! They've branded it atleast 5 times that i know of. I wouldn't use a clear coat. The Krylon Fusion produces a very nice, durable finish by itself. Just follow the directions on the can, and you will get very good results with Krylon Fusion spray paint.
