The Transport Canada process is a big deal, so it'll be quite an achievement for Zongshen. It makes perfect sense that their products should be sold in Canada, since they're located in Vancouver.

I don't know if the rumor is true, or any of the other details regarding the rumor.
Of course, one could call Zongshen PEM in Vancouver, or CSC Motorcycles in Azusa for more details.
