My goodness, no.

The subframe of my Zongshen 200GY-2 is very strong. I'm confident the subframe of the Zongshen RX3 is very strong as well. All Chinese luggage racks are also very strong.

I installed a very strong luggage rack on my Honda XR650L. The subframe of my Honda XR650L is not noted for its strength, so I reinforced it.

The Garage Pro Travel Trunk and its mounting plate are very strong.

Needless to say, one should still exercise discretion, and not overload a travel trunk. When heavily loading a motorcycle, one should also take care to keep the weight distributed, and as low a possible.
