Should there be another unfortunate drop in the future, I recommend that you consider this lifting procedure:
Stand facing away from the seat, with your heels against it. Crouch down, find a place to grab with both hands and lift with your legs. If the bike fell on the right side, pop the kickstand down first, so the bike has something to land on.
If the bike fell on the left side, be careful to not push it over.
