Yes, the Tusk panniers are definitely larger than the stock panniers.
Of course, I can't tell how well the Tusk panniers will mount until after the RX3 bikes arrive.
However, one can probably use spacers to push the right pannier farther from the muffler. One can also get more space if he substitutes an FMF Universal Spark Arrestor for the stock muffler. In addition, one can remove the stock mounts for the panniers, and install the Tourfella mounts, which are separately available for sale at Taobao.
