The vessel was located about 40 statute miles west of Long Beach. However, about 2-3 dozen vessels are either moored, or sailing in the waters off shore from the docks of Long Beach. Therefore, I must assume the Xin Fei Zhou will be waiting a while before it finally finds a berth at the docks.  |
