Indeed, the Xin Fei Zhou is definitely berthed at the Smith Island Dock.
The vessel has finally, officially touched shore at Southern California. Therefore, I think it is appropriate to once again post Randy Newman's tribute to La Ciudad de Los Angeles, The City of The Angels.
