Hi, Is this bolt for a ground?
I grounded it thinking it might be.
And is there a spacer between the rear fender and the bolt hole? It's for the rear rack. It was all in a box when I picked up the bike. If anyone can take a close up pic of the rear rack that would be helpful.
Any help would be appreciated.
